Purchase Agreement

Payment Terms

• All orders must be paid in full before Honest PC begins assembly or shipping.
• All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Refunds, when applicable, will also be issued in USD.
• Honest PC does not store credit card or bank account information. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

Pricing & Errors

• Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
• Honest PC makes every effort to ensure accuracy on its website, but we are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.
• If a pricing or availability error occurs, Honest PC reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order before processing.

Taxes, Duties, and Customs

• For U.S. orders, applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on the customer's shipping state.
• For Canada orders, sales tax is shown as $0.00 at checkout. A temporary 10% Canada Customs/Duties Deposit is collected instead. This deposit is not sales tax and does not guarantee all customs duties, GST/HST, import taxes, brokerage fees, or destination fees are fully covered.
• For all other international orders, sales tax is shown as $0.00 at checkout. A temporary 10% International Customs/Duties Deposit is collected instead. This deposit is not sales tax and does not guarantee all customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, or destination-country fees are fully covered.
• Honest PC may contact the customer before fulfillment if additional customs/import documentation, duties/tax information, shipping verification, or payment instructions are needed.
• Any unused deposit amount may be refunded or credited when the final fees are confirmed.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

• Orders typically require 3–7 business days to assemble and test before shipping.
• Honest PC ships via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking and insurance.
• Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer once the package is delivered to the carrier.
• Honest PC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, customs delays, etc.).

Shipping Protection Policy

Honest PC offers optional Shipping Protection for shipped orders. Shipping Protection may include enhanced packaging, full declared value or third-party shipping coverage when available, and priority support for carrier damage or loss claims.

Orders shipped without Shipping Protection will still include standard shipping, tracking, and standard carrier coverage only. Honest PC is not responsible for carrier-caused loss, theft after confirmed delivery, or shipping damage beyond the coverage provided by the selected shipping service, except where required by law.

Customers must report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery. The customer must keep the original box, packaging materials, and damaged item until the claim is reviewed. Photos of the outside box, inside packaging, shipping label, and damaged PC or parts may be required.

Shipping Protection does not cover:

• Customer-caused damage after delivery
• Damage caused by opening, modifying, or removing parts from the PC
• Theft after confirmed delivery
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
• Missed delivery attempts or refused packages
• Cosmetic packaging damage when the PC itself is not damaged

If a shipping claim is approved, Honest PC may repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue at our discretion based on the claim result and available parts.

Canada Shipping Policy

Honest PC allows orders to be placed from Canada. Canada orders may show sales tax as $0.00 at checkout. This does not mean the order is free from customs duties, GST/HST, import taxes, brokerage fees, destination fees, or other Canadian import charges.

For Canada orders, Honest PC collects a temporary fixed 10% Canada Customs/Duties Deposit at checkout. This deposit is not sales tax. It is collected to help cover possible customs duties, GST/HST, import taxes, brokerage fees, destination fees, international paperwork, or extra shipping-related costs.

Honest PC may contact the customer before fulfillment if additional information, documents, payment, or confirmation is needed. Any unused deposit amount may be refunded or credited when final Canada import/shipping fees are confirmed.

International Shipping Policy

Honest PC may allow orders to be placed from countries outside the United States and Canada. For these orders, sales tax may show as $0.00 at checkout. This does not mean the order is free from customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, destination-country fees, or other international charges.

For international orders outside the U.S. and Canada, Honest PC may collect a temporary 10% International Customs/Duties Deposit at checkout. This deposit is not sales tax. It is collected to help cover possible customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, destination-country fees, international paperwork, or extra shipping-related costs.

Honest PC may contact the customer before fulfillment if additional information, documents, payment, or confirmation is needed. Any unused deposit amount may be refunded or credited when final international fees are confirmed.

Packaging & Handling Policy

All shipped Honest PC orders include a mandatory Packaging & Handling Fee. This fee helps cover packing materials, handling, preparation, and shipment protection steps. This fee is separate from carrier shipping charges and separate from optional Shipping Protection.

Refund & Return Policy

• All sales are final. Custom PCs are non-refundable.
• Returns are only accepted if the system is Dead on Arrival (DOA) and the Customer notifies Honest PC within 7 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all authorized returns.
• Refunds will only be processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Warranty Policy

• Customers may purchase a 30-Day Warranty for $50 at checkout.
• Extended warranty coverage is available upon request.
• Warranty coverage applies only to defective hardware under normal use.
• Warranty claims must follow the procedures in our Warranty Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Honest PC’s maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Honest PC is not responsible for:

• Data loss, software corruption, or issues caused by third-party software.
• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, overclocking, or physical harm.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of profits, downtime, business loss).

Fraud Prevention

• Honest PC reserves the right to cancel or hold any order flagged as high-risk by payment processors or fraud detection systems.
• Orders may require additional verification, including proof of identity or payment method.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
• Any disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
• Customers waive the right to bring claims outside this jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

This Purchase Agreement, along with Honest PC’s Terms & Conditions, Warranty Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and Honest PC. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies and terms referenced herein.
